Shahbaz Rabbani is the founder of Frontier Med-Ops Advisory and serves as the principal
thought leader in client engagements. With 15 years of diverse healthcare experience, he
has worked across rural hospitals, large academic centers, and international greenfield
tertiary and quaternary care health systems. Prior to founding Frontier Med-Ops, he served
as Institute Administrator at Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi and Chief of Staff for a large
multi-specialty physician group practice, where he led strategic growth and operational
transformation initiatives. He has also managed ambulatory care centers and post-merger
integrations for private equity-backed entities, ensuring smooth transitions and strong
